Sean’s Alaska adventure started in 1993 on what was intended to be a summer road trip from Northern California. The years that followed included a few side excursions, including law school in New York and a five-year stint in Micronesia, but have resulted in Sean making a home, and rebuilding a historic house, in downtown Juneau. Sean works in environmental permitting and compliance for State infrastructure projects. The preservation, restoration and development of the Eldred Rock Lighthouse was the perfect intersection of Sean’s love of coastal environments, historic buildings and architecture, and environmentally sustainable project delivery.
